Hi, do you particularly configure the Portal Session?

I have just tested it. Normally if you customer enter the portal again with the same url, he should still be able other subscribed plans as well

Customer Portal is for updating/cancel the already subscribed plan. I don't think your customer will see new plan that he hasn't subscribed to yet
