Depends on what you mean by history - I believe you can retrieve webhook events that are up to 30 days old

I have an event that fired 8/13/21 and I need to see if a webhook was associated and what that webhook looked like, but all I'm getting is this:

Ah gotcha - so unfortunately those webhook conversations do have a 15 day retention so there's no way of getting that information
