@bitter gate a quick check just in case, did you enable the setting for customers to update their subscription quantity? It can be found here : https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal

Also I think this needs to be mentioned in the https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal#supported-languages
under Limitations it says that Customer portal doesn't support multiple products, anything other than single license price.

@bitter gate it should work in the actual Customer Portal. So i tested creating a normal plan as well, and it doesn't show that a standard subscription can be updated in the preview as well
How do I test this ?

oh sorry, my bad, graduated is metered -> so no, you cannot update the quantity of graduated/metered products via the customer portal
is volume pricing metered too ?

Ah okay so I guess volume, graduated both are metered since their price depends on the quantity.
we don't really define it like that in Stripe. To us metered and volume are two separate kinds of pricing methods

@bitter gate unfortunately not, quantity updates in the Customer Portal and only be done on Standard i.e. per-seat pricing. It cannot be done on metered / volume / graduated pricing. Sorry about all the confusion here

there isn't any other way for customers to update it using a Stripe hosted form/page. You'll need to implement your own app
This is very un fortunate, are there any plans to add support in Customer Portal soon ?
