@bitter gate it should work in the actual Customer Portal. So i tested creating a normal plan as well, and it doesn't show that a standard subscription can be updated in the preview as well

How do I test this ?
I am afraid of what is mentioned in the limitations.

oh sorry, my bad, graduated is metered -> so no, you cannot update the quantity of graduated/metered products via the customer portal

Ah okay so I guess volume, graduated both are metered since their price depends on the quantity.

we don't really define it like that in Stripe. To us metered and volume are two separate kinds of pricing methods

Okay so my final question if the product is based on volume pricing would it be possible to update in Customer Portal ?
Given in the limitations they say that Customer Portal supports only single license price.

@bitter gate unfortunately not, quantity updates in the Customer Portal and only be done on Standard i.e. per-seat pricing. It cannot be done on metered / volume / graduated pricing. Sorry about all the confusion here

Is there any other way for customers to update quantities using Stripe UI (something similar to checkout? ) ?

there isn't any other way for customers to update it using a Stripe hosted form/page. You'll need to implement your own app

This is very un fortunate, are there any plans to add support in Customer Portal soon ?
