Hello! You can't create a Stripe account in Turkey (see https://stripe.com/global), but you could create a test-only account in a supported country and use it for development/testing without ever activating it.

I'm not in the supported countries at the moment I am in Turkey, can I use VPN or something to say I am in one of the supported countries?

My goal is to learning how to set it Stripe, then eventually use it for my clients. While at the moment I am on a holiday in Turkey I wanted to use this time to learn how to set it up. So when I go back to the UK next month make my live account then.

Yeah so at the moment as I am in Turkey how do I go about making my test-only account?

I believe you should be able to create a test-only account and choose UK for the country regardless of where you're physically located right now.
