@pseudo jetty yes, you can change it https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-application_fee_percent and it starts applying to payments made after that point.

not that I'm aware of no, since it's an API call your platform accounts has to make and you don't really have access to the other account's dashboard.
