@crisp copper are you referring to Klarna or Clearpay?
Either way as far as I know you as the merchant just refund the full amount. Everything else is handled by that entity(Klarna/Clearpay), you don't have to think about that.
Not sure what 'fee' you mean, there's no fee for a refund but the Stripe processing fee on the original payment is not returned to you.
If he did not return the item back, how can we do?
That's more of a business decision! you could choose to not refund them until you receive the item back, but then the customer might escalate things into a chargeback so you have to weigh the risk.
Thanks for the information. We haven't chosen the way to do BNPL due to a lot of consideration.
btw, how to add the BNPL by Stripe on my Shopify store?
you'd have to consult Shopify's documentation.
they may or may not support it, I'm not sure!
Yes it does
But I'm not sure which is better to connect with Stripe or use Klarna/Clearpay directly?
I mean I work for Stripe so I'm going to suggest using the Stripe integration!
I don't really have any other context on integrating them directly, but for example if you do it through Stripe then you get the 'network' benefits of having all your payment activity and reporting and such contained in one online account instead of needing multiple merchant accounts with different providers.
