Do you have the account ID of one of the account experiencing this issue?
And/or a screenshot showing the issue?
The initial screen as in the initial onboarding screen hosted on Stripe?
Is this happening to a single person or everyone trying to onboard?
You created the account via the API, right?
Or are you using the older OAuth flow?
@forest matrix can you share a URL for us to reproduce with your exact OAuth flow? It is likely due to some default config on your account
My guess is that they did not select a country at all because it's pre-selected because of the way you use OAuth, so seeing it directly will help

We're going to need more details to debug this unfortunately. Having the exact URL they are one, with the exact state value you provided and possibly their IP address would be helpful. We also need to clarify whether they already have a separate Express account maybe?
