๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1508864068557996083

Hi there! I'm sorry, but we don't know much about reporting in this server. I'll have a quick look and see if there is an obvious answer that explains this in our changelog or something like that, but otherwise you'll need to talk to support to get help with reports

i figured that was going to be the answer... i thought I would try here first, normal support is "slow"

acoustic thicket
#

Yeah, I know, which is why we usually try to figure it out if there's a even a chance we might be able to get you an answer

i wish it would have been in one of the reporting api's instead of that monthly csv download file from the dashboard... then at least it would be more in your wheelhouse... but alas.. here we are.

#

i don't believe that file is available as a report, but maybe you can double check... and make sure there is no other way to retrieve the data in there?

acoustic thicket
#

"the data" meaning your Radar fees?

digital wraith
#

yes.

#

well

#

there is also some other data... in there that I need

acoustic thicket
#

I would assume it is available on a Balance Transaction that results from the Charge, but there are also modes of being billed for Stripe fees (asynchronously) where that breaks down because async fees don't get populated on the BT at all

digital wraith
#

these are mostly platform fees that get applied at the 1st of the month, i'm tracking radar, loss liability, other fees, and payout fees

acoustic thicket
#

Which is painful for developers because someone in management could sign a contract that onboards your Stripe account to async fees and then you would stop seeing Stripe fees on the BT and not know why ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

#

Ah gotcha. I don't think I'm familiar enough to really help and you'll ultimately need to reach out to support. If you tell them you spoke to us on discord and we said you needed Stripe support, that may help speed your journey

ok, thanks for the time.
