👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. we configure that controller.losses.payments = "application" and controller.fees.payer = "application"

#

ok let me find

#

Payment ID is pi_3TZ6wJLTRZ0zOL8o1fFOAmDp

#

Dispute ID is du_1TZ6wMLTRZ0zOL8oXjTA31GA

#

i ask about the time when my platform balance will be deducted countered fee or dispute fee

uncut robin
#

Yeah I'm not really sure. Don't see a fee for the dispute. This is not really a question for us, you should ask support

#

Normally I'd expect the fee to be debited immediately on submission of the dispute:

The fee for receiving a dispute is deducted from your account balance when a cardholder initiates a dispute

A dispute occurs when an account owner contacts their bank to contest a payment to you. Understand the complete dispute process from early warnings and inquiries through formal chargebacks, evidence submission deadlines, and final decisions.

yes i also think as the same as you

#

but actually i cannot check on the dashboard about the fee

#

and the time happened

I don't know what wrong with my configure

#

okay

uncut robin

There's nothing wrong with your account configuration from what I can see. There's just no fee for the dispute when I look and I don't know why

#

Can see this on the associated balance transaction (txn_1TZ6wMLTRZ0zOL8okeE7Cx4t):

#

because we accepted and closed this dispute so it should happen

uncut robin
#

Yes I would expect a fee. But as I said this is not really our domain, so speak with support
