Aren't you trying to create a live account instead of test account ?

we are building a payment service using stripe connect, model direct charge - buy rate, our payment service is on production now and we're setting a platform account, but this message showed up: You must complete your platform profile to use Connect and create live connected accounts. Visit your dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/accounts/overview to answer the questionnaire.
We visit the dashboard to complete the process as guided, but in the step of inputing authorizer's name, it showed the error message The authority of the authorizer could not be verified. Authorizers must be one of Director, Chief Executive Officer listed on acra.gov.sg. Meanwhile, we found the name on the website I sent you earlier

Thanks for sharing these details. Actualy this is a live account and not a test Sandbox one.

On the top right, click on your profile icon, there should be a dropdown, click on switch to sandbox (create one if you don't have yet)

Then continue testing there.

And when you need to complete the verification for your liveaccount

you should reach out to Stripe support via email at https://support.stripe.com/contact and provide proof that the authroizer name exists actually in the website with the steps to find it.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand you. You are saying that your live account is all set, and then when you create a platform account in production, what you mean? What is your main account then ? isn't the platform ?

But when we visit the dashboard above as guided, it shows as scnshot below, we don't know how to continue to proceed

What you describe sounds like you're trying to create live accounts but you need to complete some onboarding for your platform account first

when we try to create a connected account for merchant in our own platform, it says we (the platform) need to complete the platform profile on Stripe before we can create any live connected account

Yes, thats clear and makes sense, and you'll need to finish that onboarding in the Dashboard. That's not really an integration issue we can help with, but some tasks you need to complete.

you should be able to use test data for creating a sandbox. if you're having issues with this, I'm afraid you'll have to reach out to Stripe Support, as our team doesn't know much about account verification / onboarding issues
