FWIW, this may be more appropriate for #Dashboard but I wasn't sure if it's a dashboard config or API config issue.
And to be clear, this issue is coming up in test sandbox -- we're not ready to release our prototype into prod, so perhaps that's at stake?

Our org is "News Revenue Hub".
But the payment is for a connected account
Would expect to see "DEV-6705" for the org name in this instance. And in the microdeposit emails, that is in fact what we see.
if you go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/financial-connections, do you see a checkbox labeled "Display connected account name"? if so, try that and see if that changes it

So in test mode, i see that checkbox, but it's grayed out, and overall appears that in test mode those settings can't be changed.
In not test/not sandbox, I see that.
So i don't have high enough permissions, but looks like even I did it can't be edited.

ah ok. I believe this would be the appropriate setting to use in order to change the business name in the modal for direct charges. I'm seeing similar issues resolved through this setting

i wonder if it's possible this is because we had a long standing test env before the concept of sandboxes was introduced. Perhaps our test environment is not the same as a sandbox?

possibly, we're not super familiar with the dashboard on this server. if you're not seeing that setting I think you'll need to write in to Stripe Support to get assistance with enabling this https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

my bad. i thought when i clicked on "dashboard" button from #help i'd get taken to #dashboard-help but that was wrong assumption. it tells me to go to same link you shared. thanks for your help.
