what is these testing guidance section for?
I would guess that it's for you to provide step-by-step instructions for the review team so they can test and evaluate your app's functionality before approving it for the marketplace.
It's probably helpful for the app reviewers to understand how your app works without needing to figure it out themselves
Our production environment isn't deployed yet. How are we supposed to provide a working production URL for the reviewer to test before the app is approved? What do other developers do in this situation?
