Yep, should be possible! Is there a Stripe API/UI you've been using already?

#

To confirm, you only want the one-time payment on the initial invoice?

I've been using the subscription based product and the Stripe payment gateway. Also yes, I just need an initial payment up front along with month 1 for the subscription.

An example API request and/or object ID, or some code would help me better understand what specifically you're using. 'Payment gateway' doesn't really make sense in this context

I don't know as I'm using the 'Stripe Billing storefront' plugin for Wordpress. That connects to my Stripe dashboard and I've setup a 'subscription' based product in that

You'd likely need to speak to whoever builds/maintains the plugin then as to whether it is supported. As you're using a plugin, you don't really control your integration so we can't really help you directly beyond say your use case is possible

The plugin is supplied by Stripe.

Not really sure about that, I've never heard of it. Can you send me a link to it?

hmm, I may need to chat to my lead dev, I'm now questioning if he has made a plugin that's using API's.... Can I get back to you later on this thread?

Sure
