Sometimes a payment was uncaptured which produced a similar issue but that i could have just simply cancelled but for this it seems kind of out of my reach.
Is it possible they have more than 1 customer in Stripe? I only see 1 payment intent for that customer
from the screenshot he provided its all related to that one card, payment and email etc
the odd thing is on his Bank app both charges share the same transaction ID
and both are in "processing"
just trying to prevent a dispute happening

Likely one will clear and then the other will settle
