Can you help assist with the coding to change the default account setting for credit card payments to be "authorize" only (temporary hold) vs the current setting of "authorize and capture" (payment is automatically processed from credit card).
When a client enters their credit card info from a payment link, I don't want Stripe to process the payment immediately. I just want to authorize or hold the funds first. Then approve for payment later
I was told by Stripe support to come here. Not quite sure how to resolve this issue

When creating a payment link, you have to set capture_method to manual: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-link/create#create_payment_link-payment_intent_data-capture_method
