What level of failure are you listening for on? For example, do you listen for payment_intent.payment_failed or only charge.failed? It looks like there were delivery problems for the charge.failed events.

we are listening for charge.failed event. A lot of other failed events for the same customer got registered, though.
There are some that did not which is a bit confusing

These are well beyond our retention period and I'm looking to see what information we still have about why the delivery failed
