๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

Network cost passthrough (IC++) is the different pricing / fees with Stripe. It's not about how fee is charged. How is your platform accepting the payments now? Direct Charges, Destination Charges or Separate Charges and Transfers? And also, is the dispute on the platforms or connected accounts now?

We use Direct Charges, dispute fee is on the platforms now

The dispute is currently determined how the connected account is configured. More details can be found in https://docs.stripe.com/connect/disputes

More specifically, the values set on controller.fees.payer and controller.losses.payments.

Understand liability and dispute handling for direct charges, destination charges, and separate transfers with embedded component options for connected accounts.

We are not familiar with the costs / pricing in this channel. I'd recommend checking with Support https://support.stripe.com/contact for the cost related details.
