I'm trying the easier way now
this is easier to do in reverse (i.e. 'check which transactions are included in a specific payout'), by calling List Balance Tranasactions and passing a payout argument
Got to the point of balances
balanceTx.source {
id: 'pyr_1TFG6vIuECXjOXfgSeKSlkEU',
object: 'refund',
amount: 2202,
balance_transaction: 'txn_1TFG6vIuECXjOXfg0JjE8aP7',
charge: 'py_1TE8HDIuECXjOXfgdHW8rrL2',
created: 1774539977,
currency: 'eur',
metadata: {},
payment_intent: null,
reason: null,
receipt_number: null,
source_transfer_reversal: 'trr_1TFG6vBaRfwWelZyvmhYkOh1',
status: 'succeeded',
transfer_reversal: 'trr_1TFG6vBaRfwWelZyvmhYkOh1'
}
Hello! Let me take a look at your previous thread for context ๐
Hello
Sure no problem. Thx
I might of figured it out with 'data.source.source_transfer_reversal'
Now I just need to look at the data
Thanks for your patience! So you're listing all Balance Transactions for a specific Payout ID and want to get the Refund ID associated with the Payout?
You can also filter the Balance Transactions for type: refund https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/list#balance_transaction_list-type
Then, you can look at the source field for the Refund ID https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/object#balance_transaction_object-source
And you should be able to expand source to get the full object instead of just the ID if needed.
Thank you!
Happy to help!
