Sounds like you want Direct Charges to make the clinic as the merchant of record, and bears the fess/refunds/disputes
However Direct Charges work with Standard Account, not Express Account
i see, we were told by the sales team that, we cannot use standard account, and we should use connect express or custom (because of prescription based service app)
But express/custom doesn't have Dispute management via their Dashboard, so you are still responsible for Dispute
There are more disadvantage, and really if you want the CA to be merchant of record, you should go down the path of Standard Account

but how about customer accounts? where should i create it? platform or in their connected account?
btw, customers are independent to each clinic, and they do not share customers within different clinic.
