yes, I make an purchase and faced to this error, the merchants are non responsive and I don't know what I can do.

got it, unfortunately you have to reach out to the merchant directly about this.

you could also reach out to your bank to try to get the payment cancelled.

is this normal that the charge look up tool can't find my transaction?
