She was asking if you are trying to access your API key to make requests to fetch your data from Stripe or if you need help with something else. If you're trying to access your API key, have you tried navigating to https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys to see your publishable and secret keys?

All financial data tied to each member in our current data base that is supported by Stripe. We use Blackbaud as our platform and they advised that we would need to get that data and API from stripe.
