👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1501620289472036926
📝 Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.
Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Before I was asked for a terminal id, now I have it
hello! juggling a few other threads atm but will look at this in just a bit
tml_F2v9CwvEwL9J1p
tmc_test_61R7CDkcDDgaMhEht41J8ayGLy3ooOf2
hmm it looks like this is a location ID, not a reader ID
reader IDs start with a tmr_ prefix:
https://docs.stripe.com/api/terminal/readers/object
we can also look up the necessary details from a serial number
let me run through the older threads real quick to make sure i don't ask any questions you've already answered
alright
it also looks like in the last case we sent you a message to create a support case, did you already do that?
ok, i can send you another DM to create a case and then if you can dig up the tmr_ ID or a serial number we can go from there, is that ok with you?
okay
