Hi, I am having an issue with the Stripe identity verification process.
I start the process on my PC and then scan the QR code to continue on my phone. However, when I open the verification page on my phone, I always get the following error:
"An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again. If you still need help, contact us."
This happens every time I try, so I cannot complete the verification.
What I have already tried:
- Reloading the page multiple times
- Restarting the process and scanning the QR again
- Using WiFi connection
Could you please help me fix this issue or suggest an alternative way to complete the verification?
