Can you share an example? Either the pi_xxx ID of the payment or the subscription ID (sub_xxx)?

Yeah this specific example is just a bank decline I'm afraid. The network decline code implies that the customer/bank have effectively blocked recurring payments on the card

Ok got it, cause most of the cases seems like this. Just that the percentage is high and we are looking out on what can we do on our side. Can u tell me more about Card Account Updater, can it fix some issue that we have with these payments

Cause there was a case where for example the error was Card expired or smth like this, but the dates where alright, could it be a cvc isssue or something that we cannot identify or have the same error codes
