Not sure to be honest. This could be an issue with the bank itself or something that's account specific. Have you talked to your bank about this? If not, I'd recommend talking to them to see if they're blocking this

Hi there,
taking over for my colleague who had to step away. And as he said, it is a bit hard to tell what the exact root cause is. The very first step would be to ask the bank if they are blocking it, since that would be the reason in most cases.
