there is a "enter bank details manually" link at the bottom.

Understood. Just trying to eliminate the search and buttons.

you can't remove that no, unless you remove us_bank_account as a payment method. but that's a useful UI to select your bank account, so not sure why you want to remove it.

I don't think so. do you have a specific question on them?

I'm not sure how it works. It appears that each button makes you login to the service, and then stripe stores it (so you don't have to do it again). And the search seems to be for the previously registered logins. I would assume that once you login, and the connection is established, the UI will change somehow.

in live mode, the user would enter their bank name, and then either:

  • click on the bank icon to connect to it
  • or if their bank is not in the list, enter the bank details manually
