Is your issue that the event wasn't created or that the event wasn't delivered to your webhook endpoint? Can you please share your account ID so I can take a look at past events?

I just changed the web hook secret back on base 44 to the live webhook endpoint I had it on the sandbox web hook endpoint secret

Thanks! Can you clarify what you mean by this? Are you trying to create a payment? Or are you trying to recieve the webhook event after a payment is created? What are the exact steps you're taking / API calls from your integration?

it did not creat a purchase record for the customer on my website via the webhook

So we have a webinar website and people can buy numbered seats to the webinars whenever I go through my website and purchase the seats it processes the transaction through stripe but base 44 my ai website maker says that there was no purchase record created after the purchase that stripe is supposed to use the webhook to create a purchase record so my website knows what seats are purchased already and customer info

However I’m also not for sure that the ai has been giving me the right webhook endpoint url as well so if everything looks fine on your side with stripe I’ll call base 44 customer service

I see your webhook endpoint was created on 2026-04-22 but the most recent checkout.session.completed event was on 2026-04-17 🤔

I tried a new one because the ai told me the link was wrong but I nstead of having to pay a dollar on my website again to test it I was trying to find out how can I test it without using the stripe cli as I’m not to familiar with its commands

Yes mam that was the old one and I asked the ai why it still wasn’t working and it said I had the wrong url it gave me before because ai of course lol but I have not tried the new active one I just wanted to see if there’s a way to test it through stripe with out using and downloading the stripe cli interface because that’s what stripe was saying

Yes mam I I did make a new endpoint on purpose and I know I need to learn to code websites and use stripe integrating and cli this ai has been a huge headache but we’re so close now I appreciate your help!
