Thanks for your account ID -in the meantime I did some digging around internally. There is a known issue with account.application.deauthorized Events being sent with API versions that do not match Webhook Endpoint API versions. Our engineering team is aware of this bug but we don't have a timeframe to share for when a fix will be implemented. I'm sorry that there isn't more I can share with you regarding a fix
