Good morning,

I am the owner of the Stripe account acct_1Sy9KFEOe2m61wpz (equesia.com platform, France).

I want to use the Accounts V2 API (POST /v2/core/accounts) with the Connect-Billing integration preview to:

Create connected accounts for my clients (equestrian centers) where they can receive payments from their clients
Bill platform subscriptions directly to V2 connected accounts

My platform is in France (DSP2), so the V1 stripe.accounts.create API is blocked.

Could you enable the Connect-Billing integration preview for my account
