hello! We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel and unfortunately aren't familiar with why a specific tax rate is used in certain cases. If you want to know why 9.5% was used for the tax rate instead of 9.75%, you'll need to reach out to Stripe Support : https://support.stripe.com/contact.
