I cant find this: "Terminal connected accounts must have the card_payments capability to perform transactions."
or is this the same as online card payment?

I don't know what you mean 'can't find this'? Have you actually onboarded the account(s)? Can you be more descriptive about what it is you're trying to do, what doesn't work – screenshots, error messages, etc
