@dim narwhal can you provide a bit more details. "Pay by bank" means many different things, it's even the name of a real payment method in Europe

I assume you mean our Financial Connections product here where they log into their bank and pay with their bank account?

my company is Up Dog, Inc. here, when it shoudln't be listed as this is not our invoices

Ok thanks. seems like the behavior has changed though? I have toggled the setting here, and now the invoice payment has the customer's name, but it still shows that theyy partner with ours as well. Why are we being included in this? We have no connection to this payment or bank account, I fear this will confuse payers still

You technically do if you created the Invoice and you have full access to all the information collected.
But I don't know much about that part of the UI and the Dashboard settings unfortunately. You likely need to contact our support team for further investigation: https://support.stripe.com/contact
