hi there, yes this is a feature that Stripe supports, but you will need to reach out to our main support channel to enable it https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

unfortunately it's not a topic that our team is familiar with, but I believe it involves using Issuing elements as documented here https://docs.stripe.com/issuing/elements
