So they need to create a new account? Even though they already have one?
My client has already created a Stripe account and activated the account
I need to connect them to my account

I'm not following you just yet unfortunately
If you could pass an existing account id you could connect to any Stripe account which wouldn't make sense
Why did your user already create a Stripe account? do they have their own business line/accept their own payments? Or just a complete misunderstanding and they signed up too early?

They have been using Stripe previously
Before their work with us
They don't want to make a new account to connect with us
And when they attempt to complete the onboarding, it is making them go through the entire process
Even after logging in, the process isn't letting them use their existing information
Support. Bank info. etc
Oh I think I just found the answer. OAuth

Even with OAuth they will get a brand new account, see https://support.stripe.com/questions/platform-controls-for-connected-accounts
so really getting a new account is expected
