unfortunately our team doesn't have a variety of phones available to test with so the best I could do was a pixel 10 on 5g (which doesn't really fit the test criteria)
I'd recommend writing in to Support so they can get this infront of our mobile team for testing/investigation. Contact Support
If possible id try and gather small sample of bandwidth tests on the 4g phone to get a ballpark speed as I know 4g speeds can vary wildly from above adequate to barely able to load a text doc depending on location. That would give them an idea of what kind of speeds you have available so they can ascertain if it's a constraint they can address.

somewhere between .7 and 1 second each time I load it. I also tested on my own integration and was getting about the same.
