That would require some custom Android applicaiton development. Is that what you were thinking of?

I don't know what art cloud is or how you interact with it, but if you are just looking to increment/decrement quantities of items I think that might be a bit of overkill

That would depend very much on what capabilities Art cloud exposes

Does it provide API access? Can you make an HTTPS request to an API to modify the records stored there?
