I see the video you've attached on the GitHub issue and it is indeed puzzling.
Are you seeing any sort of logs in your Xcode console when you run into this issue?

Can you share an example Connected Account ID where you saw this?

It's not deterministic. Not with all accounts. One in the sandbox, one in the production. Give me a few minutes to collect IDs
