I'm talking about the prestashop module config

I tried all config, I try to compltely remove / reinstall the module, disable all other custom module but I'm always getting this error

I looked into the server logs there is no PHP error thrown

I can see all the transactions in the stripe dashboard but all are "incomplete"

I see the PaymentIntent's status is requires_payment_method and the Customer has no attached payment methods. How are you collecting the payment method details?

I'm not sure about downgrading your version. I assume you can backup and uninstall the current module then download a specific older version, but I'm trying to verify.

when I'm switching to the other payment flow 'Create order after payment is confirmed (legacy, not recommended)', I'm having a different error : Erreur (3) stripe_official - mTpeIec0ac0fLsoff - PaymentIntent: pi_3THPq1JJ1oYYZEfl1iEVvkCm; classes/services/StripePaymentIntentService.php:227 - Confirm Payment Intent Error => No such PaymentMethod: 'ctoken_1THPpzJJ1oYYZEflWUDKmMuv' - #0

based on the changelog this error has been fixed in the 3.4.3 version : FIXED error "no such payment method: ctoken_"
