Can you share with me the ID of the balance transaction
Balance transaction Id: txn_1TGwPiDLxl54SmyclgWMyeL9
reporting_category: other_adjustment
Thanks, let me take a look
Hello @mossy crystal, we have sent you a direct message, please check it at https://discord.com/channels/@me/1488788428358422590
- π The message has instructions on how to grant read and write access to your Stripe Dashboard for our Developer Support team, in order to help you more effectively.
I just sent you a DM asking consent to access your Dashboard. Can you give me an access to that I can check your Dashboard?
Is this necessary? I'd prefer to avoid this since it is a customers account and I'd have to ask for his approval first
(the balance transaction happens in a connected account, not in my own one)
Totally understand the concern. Or can I suggest to direct this conversation to a 1:1 chat through emails so that you can add your client to the email loop?

I'd prefer to understand this without involving the client first
It needs to be a general thing because I have two clients with a similar balance transaction
I checked the BalanceTransaction object from my end but I don't see any useful info to explain this BalanceTransaction and that's why I was askfing for Dashboard access.
What could we check in the Dashboard for it?
Both accounts have the same code (i redacted with XXXXXXXX) in the description btw. But the amount is different
Actually I dont think I can see such balance transactions for my connected account in the dashboard
I'm afraid I don't have much insight on that either. I hate to shift gears, but would you mind if we moved this discussion to email? It would allow me to follow up with you once I've done some research and found a solid answer.
Sure, that would be fine
Ok, you can use the latest DM that I shared to reach out to Stripe support and they'll create a support case.
Sure
