That request should have been made within account ID acct_1JsJOFG2avTULfw3 (test mode), which has the default pmc of pmc_1OWP4ZG2avTULfw3Pfjm1COK.

So that payment method was made with the on_behalf_of param which will use your connect pmc
In your dashboard payment method settings there should be a section for connect payment methods
