hi there, my team isn't trained in how Stripe pricing and fees work (we mostly handle code / API integration questions), so unfortunately Stripe Support is likely your best bet. I suspect in this case it may be doing some rounding that might explain the difference, but I don't really have the knowledge to investigate something like this

i try. any idea why there are so many AI-generated responses in email support? theyve all been bad and rarely answer any questions in the emails
I'm not sure, it's an entirely different department (the people who staff this channel are engineers) so I'm not really privy to the org decisions made there. I do know that replying can get your ticket escalated to different teams
