We’re currently investigating an issue with Dashboard and Mobile services. The public API and payment processing are not affected. At the moment I'm unable to share an ETA, but comms will be shared when there's an update to share.

The support experience for this was slightly maddening - had to chat with the bot for a while before it said "ok would you like to escalate this". I say "yes", and it tells me I can't do that because I'm not logged in, but can email support@stripe.com instead. Then emailing that sends me a noreply email telling me that I need to use support.stripe.com to submit support requests. And then we're back at the dumb ai bot

hey @rancid trail sorry to hear that - our login surfaces have been affected by the issue, so I can see how that would have been frustrating
