I can's see the dashboard link you shared. Is this associated with an API request or a Payment Intent that you could share the ID for?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Both Payment Intents wer created by the same 3rd party SDK and came from the same IP address
Only customers trying to checkout on our website on a subdomain for example fr.fitfast.com is receiving this error
Customers checking out on www.fitfast.com are not receiving this error

yes, so could it be that Stripe did not automatically detect the payment domain?
There is nothing about this domain anywhere in either the failing or succeeding request.
At the time you create the Payment Intent, we have no idea where this will be surfaced and we don't care

There is a possibility this was due to a PayPal outage. We are still looking into it.
Okay this looks like it was something internal to stripe that we quickly resolved.
