I see you are getting the error "Stripe doesn't currently support application fees for platforms in TH with connected accounts in SG."
And it's because a Thailand platform cannot collect application fees from connected accounts outside of the country

This restriction is described here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-thailand-support-for-marketplaces
You can try to collect fees by a different method, through transfer_data[amount] where you decide the amount to transfer to the conected account, while keeping the rest of the untransferred amount.
