These are only some of the public complaints about Kimi / Moonshot. There are many more. The pattern is obvious: users cannot cancel subscriptions properly, support does not resolve the issue, and billing attempts continue even after cancellation or account deletion.

Reddit reports:

Please review this merchant for fraudulent or deceptive recurring billing practices. A payment provider should not support a business that traps users in subscriptions they cannot reliably cancel.
