Hard to say what is expected or not without a reproduction and/or some screen recordings. Could be a multitude of factors at play here, and but overall I'd say 10+ seconds for a wallet to display is probably unexpected

My recommendation would be for you to write in to my team with some clear examples and data, a reproduction site (if possible), screen recordings and your source code and we can investigate futher
