Hi there, is your question related to payout (i.e., transfer funds from stripe balances to external bank accounts) , or pay-in (i.e., accepting payments through bank transfer)

yes can stripe give me available banks for customer where he can click bank and dot eh payment

your customers are able to see the availble banks on the checkout UI that stripe provides.
