But the site where you do the verification is yours, what does Discord have to do with it?
You're right that the verification page itself is powered by Stripe. However, Discord is the one that controls and manages how that verification is set up on their end. So if something's going wrong during the process, Discord's support team would be the ones who can actually look into your specific case. If it turns out to be something on Stripe's side, Discord would need to reach out to us with the relevant details so that we can investigate further.
