You mentioned you're not able to submit through HackerOne, but unfortunate we won't be able to debug that on this channel.
You would want to contact HackerOne to get unblocked on creating a submission

yeh as i briefly mentioned hackerone wont budge off their silly low rep no reporting rule even if its a critical 9.8 , they dont really care it seems so i figured direct to source would be best but havnt got reply through email and here we are
is there any other contact i can try thats interested in fixing a major f up?

If you can't do so through your existing HackerOne account, you may want retry submission using a new account.

yeh i thought of that but they carry on a bit about having only one account i believe . Well hopefully no-one comes across the issue while i wait for some petty report limitation thing. i would of thought hackerones clients would mean a bit more to them but i dont know. well good luck.
