client sent me this. its not a proper proof of payment... but.
I can only see a single payment that was made. It looks like they had to go through 3DS check with their card on their Link account, but then they paid
So perhaps their bank put a hold on the amount initially, before the charge attempt with 3DS succeeded, and that hold will be automatically returned to them
The customer should check with their bank why they're seeing this, as I can only see a single payment made

unfortunately, in Spain, the government is forcing us to stop usign stripe and to use their mandatory billing and invoice systems for companies. "VERIFACTU"+ holded
We loved stripe but in summer, everyone in spain may have to use another platform.
I belive we will still be able to use it a a mediator, but we will no longer use or see the dashboard.

please contact https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true I'm pretty sure that do not need to stop using Stripe as a payment processor, you just need to generate the invoice outside of Stripe.
